Refund Policy
Classes:
please Full refunds will be given to participants for a class that is cancelled and to those who withdraw from a class with a minimum of 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date unless otherwise noted on select course descriptions. No refunds will be given to participants who withdraw from courses within 6 days of or after the scheduled start date except for documented medical conditions.
Monthly Membership:
No refunds are given on monthly memberships.
All gym fees and/or payments are non-refundable.
Keep in mind that when you cancel your gym membership, your previous fees will not be refunded.
If you would like to cancel your membership, a written cancellation request is required and can be sent via mail or dropped off at our location at 8 Middle River Drive, Stafford Springs CT 06076.
