Get to know Stacy…

I have been in the education field for over 20 years and currently teach reading and math as an Interventionist at the elementary level. I have been a group fitness instructor for a little over 2 years.

I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

Stacy currently teaches Upper Body Burn at 8 am and Booty Camp at 9 am twice a month on Saturdays.

Nicolina Sabatini

Meet Nicolina, our Yoga instructor here at Flex Appeal…

Nicolina Sabatini is a world traveler. Her journey started in the greenest region of Italy, Abruzzo, in the heart of the Apennine Mountains. Now a Stafford resident, she has fallen in love with the town, the people, and the community. Her love of yoga and meditation has led her to Flex Appeal. Nicolina has been a yogi for over 40 years, and a teacher for over 15 years. She has taught in beautiful places such as, The Andes Mountains, The Amazon Forest, The Mayan Ruins, and of course on top of her beautiful native town of Castrovalva Italy! Each place brought a different set of wonderful feelings and emotions..

Melissa Szych

Hello, my name is Melissa and I have been a public-school educator for 30 years. I have also been practicing yoga for nearly as long. As a life-long learner, I had been dreaming of fusing both of my passions together and finally took the leap and earned my 200HR Yoga and SEL Facilitator Certification this past year. Now I am able to share my love of yoga with my students and adults in hopes that as many people as possible can experience and enjoy all that yoga can do for the mind, body and soul. Please join me on the mat!

Regan Walters

Meet Regan!

Regan is a proud Stafford native for 49 years. She has a BS degree from UCONN in Human Development and Family Relations, and an AS in Occupational Therapy. She served 6 years in the US Air Force National Guard as a fitness specialist. Health and fitness are one of her passions. She is very excited to be a part of the Flex Appeal Family!! Teaching Abs and Asses, Mobility and Flexibility, along with Circuit.

Sheri Henderson

My name is Sheri Henderson, I have been a Zumba Instructor since 2009. I absolutely love teaching classes. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast! I attended my first Zumba class in 2009 and was instantly hooked. Zumba has completely changed my life. I have lost 30+ lbs, gained tons of muscles, made fabulous friends, gained confidence in every aspect of my life, and have gone on some great Zumba adventures . Zumba is designed for everyone! No experience is necessary! I have had every age, shape and size in come to my classes and there is absolutely no judgement.COME JOIN THE ZUMBA PARTY WITH ME! YOU WILL LOVE IT!! I PROMISE!!

Rachel Zup

My name is Rachel Zup and I am so excited to be back teaching after the birth of my daughter in 2021. I have been a personal trainer & fitness instructor for 6 years – primarily teaching Zumba & Pound Fitness. 
When I first found Pound Fitness as a student, I fell in love with the music, atmosphere, the confidence and physical strength I gained! Pound is a rock out workout and is inspired by the music. Come check it out! 
When I’m not at the gym, I am teaching high school English, spending time with my family, or enjoying the outdoors!
