Jane L.

Jane has spent a lifetime enjoying the benefits of group exercise.  At first as a student taking classes to eventually teaching a variety of classes, growing the most passion for Bootcamp classes.  Jane is very excited to bring her knowledge and experience to you.

Dr Cassandra Forsythe PhD RD

Hi! I’m Dr Cassandra Forsythe PhD RD and I’ve been teaching group exercise for almost 15 years and yoga for 5 years. I’m a Professor of Exercise Science at CCSU, a Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I’m also the author of three nationally published books: The New Rules of Lifting for Women 2008, Avery Publishing), the Women’s Health Perfect Body Diet (2008, Rodale Publishing), and Prevention’s No Bloat Diet (2018, Rodale Publishing). I’ve been a public speaker and trend setter in the fitness industry for almost 20 years, and I create incredibly fun, effective and energetic yoga as fitness classes that you will love!

 

Sheri Henderson

My name is Sheri Henderson, I have been a Zumba Instructor since 2009. I absolutely love teaching classes. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast! I attended my first Zumba class in 2009 and was instantly hooked. Zumba has completely changed my life. I have lost 30+ lbs, gained tons of muscles, made fabulous friends, gained confidence in every aspect of my life, and have gone on some great Zumba adventures . Zumba is designed for everyone! No experience is necessary! I have had every age, shape and size in come to my classes and there is absolutely no judgement.COME JOIN THE ZUMBA PARTY WITH ME! YOU WILL LOVE IT!! I PROMISE!!

Rachel Zup

My name is Rachel Zup and I am so excited to be back teaching after the birth of my daughter in 2021. I have been a personal trainer & fitness instructor for 6 years – primarily teaching Zumba & Pound Fitness. 
When I first found Pound Fitness as a student, I fell in love with the music, atmosphere, the confidence and physical strength I gained! Pound is a rock out workout and is inspired by the music. Come check it out! 
When I’m not at the gym, I am teaching high school English, spending time with my family, or enjoying the outdoors!

Hello! My name is Danielle and I am your Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach! I am also a full time Occupational Therapist, wife, stepmom and bikini competitor!  I grew up and have lived right here in Stafford Springs my whole life. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong, fit and healthy body and mindset. My goal is to be able to help you achieve your fitness goals and to help you maintain a healthy relationship with exercising and nutrition.
